Give For Good 2021 Cultural Crossroads of Minden

Give For Good is North Louisiana's largest day of giving. The event was established in 2014 by the Community Foundation of North Louisiana, and since then has raised over $12 million for our community! Give For Good allows community members to discover and engage with nonprofit organizations and make a contribution to causes they feel strongly about. Whether you give $10 or $10,000, you have a hand in transforming your community.

In 2020, Give For Good garnered over $1.9 million for area nonprofits. Those funds came from 5,599 donors representing 49 different states. That means that people from across the country are coming together to fund important initiatives in North Louisiana. We hope that you'll be one of them! Cultural Crossroads, INC is excited to announce we are among the many nonprofits participating in this year’s event. 2021 marks the 27th year of Cultural Crossroads serving the citizens of Webster Parish. While COVID-19 has proven to challenge all nonprofits, we are so thankful to have survived this unprecedented event and remain committed to our community. This year have been honored to serve our community through a partnership with Webster Ready Start Network providing monthly art kits to over 400 students throughout the parish. We also facilitate grant money providing STEM teachers to schools throughout the parish. These partnerships with the Webster Parish School Board have proven invaluable to us as an organization and have been essential to our survival. As the weather warms, we are thrilled to begin scheduling rentals for the upcoming months. Renting our property to citizens has been our main source of income as you can imagine we were adversely affected by the shutdown. We are looking forward to hosting private events through rentals and are thrilled about the opportunity to begin planning public events and life returning to The Farm of Cultural Crossroads this Summer.
